Calvin Butler and Carim Khouzami among Marylanders recognized for playing an outsize role in the state’s culture, lifestyle, civic conversation, and economic fortunes
Exelon Utilities CEO Calvin Butler and BGE CEO Carim Khouzami have been named to The Daily Record‘s 2021 Power 100 List, which recognizes the men and women across Maryland who are shaping the state’s businesses, governments, nonprofits, law firms and other critical institutions.
“What this list reveals is the rich fabric of leadership across the breadth of our state, the energy, drive and wisdom that the times demand,” TDR Editor Thomas Baden, Jr., wrote in an introductory message. “As technological change, social challenges and a daunting pandemic sweep the nation, these are the men and women whom our citizens are counting on to respond to these challenges.”
Honorees are listed alphabetically outside of the top 15, where Butler is No. 5. The full list is available at thedailyrecord.com and more information about Butler and Khouzami is available in Exelon’s press release.
