Driving is an important life skill that gets you on the road to independence. To learn to drive requires patience, practice, and proficient instructors. Offering a variety of driving classes for teens and adults, in both English and Spanish, Applechoice is a recognized leader in driver’s education and the right choice for students in Glen Burnie and Pasadena, Maryland.
For the last ten years, Applechoice has committed not only to teaching driving, but to keeping their students on the road safely and confidently. That, according to Owner Ola Babatunde, requires cooperation. “We are where we are today because of teamwork, and we hope to continue to go further with the support of our staff and customers,” Babatunde says. “To quote an African proverb, ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’”
BGE is proud to be on the road to success with Applechoice, by supporting the small, Black-owned business with a BGE Energizing Small Business Grant. With funding from the grant, Applechoice can continue, and expand upon, their commitment to affordable, safe, reliable driving courses that can be completed in a timely manner. Their aim is to please every customer who comes through its doors.
