BGE is taking a number of steps to support customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, including suspending service disconnections and waiving new late payment fees for BGE residential customers through at least Aug 1 September 1, 2020. We will be working with customers on a case-by-case basis to establish payment arrangements and identify energy assistance options.
